Property management team beefs up at Aramark

Aramark, the food, facilities and property management company, has beefed up its property management team since it took over Irish Estates from former PLC, Veris.

Deirdre Hayes, formerly of HT Meagher O'Reilly, and Barra McCabe, formerly of Space Property, have joined Aramark's property team which now numbers 65 at offices in Dublin, Cork, Belfast and London.

The company now manages over 250 properties with a combined floor area of more than 2.04 million sqm in Ireland and the UK -- including high-profile schemes such as the Dundrum Town Centre.

Its credit control department collects over €280.5m of which €240m is rent and €40.5m is service charges.

Its property division has recently been awarded a number of high-profile, prestigious contracts such as the management of Beacon South Quarter and Ballymun Regeneration.

It has also secured additional professional services work for Irish Life and IDA Ireland.
