New tenants move in at Ballymount
A semi-detached industrial unit in Ballymount Cross Industrial Estate has been let, even before the existing occupier had vacated the property.
Building services provider MSS Ltd has taken a new five-year lease for Unit C1/C2 which extends to 2,137sqm. Joint agents CBRE and William Harvey had been quoting €98,000 per annum for the unit.
The previous tenant Fastway Couriers will occupy the former Volkswagen facility in Crosslands Industrial Estate. Crosslands is located about 1km from the Red Cow interchange on the M50 motorway and 9km from Dublin city centre.
CBRE had been quoting the passing rent of €408,000 per annum for the subletting of the Crosslands property, which extends to 4,845sqm.
