New opportunities to operate a coffee kiosk, convenience store, a drive-thru restaurant or a retail warehouse have become available at Lakepoint Retail Park in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
Planning permission has recently been obtained for the development of a 185sqm restaurant/coffee kiosk which will occupy a high profile position adjacent the existing retailers in the scheme. Agents CB Richard Ellis are quoting €50,000 a year for this.
Pre-letting agreements are also being offered to prospective occupiers of a convenience store measuring 1,393sqm and a drive-thru restaurant/cafe measuring 322sqm.
