Healthier options are moving to the top of the menu at service station chain Topaz, which is making a €25m investment in its new Re.Store branded healthy food and drink offering across 150 outlets this year.
Topaz said the Re.Store concept is a response to a growing demand from customers for a fresh, healthy option on the move, including handcrafted barista coffee
"At Topaz, we are not interested in minor tweaks. We wanted to completely redefine our Food & Coffee offer in keeping with the changing habits and desires of our two million weekly customers. Re.Store will fundamentally alter the way that people think about service stations," Topaz chief executive Emmet O'Neil said.
