Maureen Doyle has been appointed director of Christie + Co (, the property specialists providing advisory, valuation and brokerage solutions to the hotel and leisure property sectors.

Maureen spent more than five years in Christie + Co's corporate hotels team in London, returning to Ireland in 2012 to head up the company's Dublin office. She advises banks, receivers, investors, owners and funders on property-related matters in the licensed and leisure sectors.

Before relocating, Maureen spent eight months with Lloyds Banking Group advising on its substantial hotel exposure in Ireland (former BoSI book).

Maureen joined Lloyds from leading chartered accountancy and business advisory firm Horwath Bastow Charleton, where she spent more than two years advising clients on areas such as operational reviews, market analysis and financial forecasting.

Maureen has a BSc in Hospitality Management & French from DIT, an MBS from the Smurfit School of Business at UCD and a Diploma in Project management from Griffith College.
