Licensing prospects to go to auction this month

A Tramore off-licence and a former Co Laois pub will be auctioned by Waterford agent Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan (SFJR) on June 26. He auctioned two Kilkenny premises at the end of last month.

The Tramore premises is currently operating as The Pier Off Licence and will go for auction with an AMV of €249,000. A two storey detached property, it comprises retail accommodation of 99sqm on the ground floor and offices of 72sqm on the first floor.

Also for auction is The Vintage Inn in Stradbally, Co Laois with an AMV of €50,000.

This former licensed premises is situated in a prominent location on the main street, which lies along the N80.

It is a two storey, end of terrace corner property with a 186sqm floor area. In need of refurbishment, it comprises bar, lounge, pool room, cool room, wc and beer garden to rear and first floor living accommodation.
