Pzena Investment Management, a US-based investment company, has revealed it is awaiting approval from Irish regulators to open its first European office in Dublin.

The firm, which has $50.8bn of assets under management and is headquartered in New York, revealed its plan for the Dublin office in a quarterly earnings call with analysts.
