IDA Ireland are selling 27.28ac of commercial development land in Waterford City and are asking about €175,000/acre, or €4.45m for the entire site.
The agents, Colliers International, explain that the freehold site is located 4km west of Waterford City and 2km from the southern exit of the new N25 Waterford bypass and the Cork Road. It benefits from 269m of frontage onto the Old Kilmeaden Road, is accessed from the Carrickpherish roundabout and lies immediately north of Waterford Industrial Estate. Nearby occupiers include Genzyme, Bausch & Lomb, Hasbro and Honeywell.
The property is dually zoned under the Waterford City Development Plan 2007-2013 with 5.81 hectares zoned for technology-based industry and 4.47 hectares zoned industrial.
