THE go-to firm for agents of celebrities holidaying in Ireland last year enjoyed profits of €238,106.

New figures show that accumulated profits at Adams & Butler Ltd, which arranged the itinerary of Kanye West's and Kim Kardashian's low-profile honeymoon here, increased from €545,239 to €783,345.

In the 12 months to the end of October last, the company's cash pile increased by €146,535 going from €812,995 to €959,530.

The firm's managing director, Siobhán Byrne Learat, said yesterday that the company is in expansion mode to cater for the increased level of business over the past year.

She said that the firm has moved to a larger office to cater for its larger staff, with numbers employed going from eight to 11. There are plans to increase headcount to 15 in the near future.

The company specialises in customised holidays and Ms Byrne Learat said that the firm's largest market is the US followed by Australia, Canada and Mexico. "Business has been very strong last  year and this year," she said.
