Glandore invests €2m in space for co-working

Family-owned Glandore has invested €2m in a co-working space in Dublin 2.

The facility will accommodate an additional 300 desk spaces in both Fitzwilliam Court and 24 Fitzwilliam Place, bringing the company's capacity to over 2,500 desks, across eight locations in Dublin and Belfast.

"The co-working industry is growing fast, and since we established Glandore in 2001, we've grown our business in pace, anticipating and facilitating the ever-changing needs and priorities of our members," Michael Kelly, founder of Glandore, said.

Glandore offers an immediate set up from €80 for a virtual office, hot desks from €325 per month and dedicated desks from €495 per month. In addition, companies using the spaces can scale from 1 - 350 in fully furnished private offices.

The announcement was welcomed by the Minister for Business, Heather Humphreys.
