Furious Tribe take 5-year lease on Hume St offices
Dublin Georgianna may be about to receive a filip as basement offices near St Stephen's Green have been let just two weeks after being offered to the market.
Irish mobile application development company Furious Tribe has taken a five year lease on the entire basement of 114sqm at 14 Hume St, Dublin 2.
Patrick Leddy of Furious Tribe said: "Our relocation to 14 Hume Street provides us with a great city centre location, coupled with an excellent level of fit-out and finish, where we will continue to grow our business."
The fully refurbished offices were previously occupied by John Rocha and the rent is understood to be in the region of €205 per sqm.
David Cassidy of HT Meagher O'Reilly acted for the landlord and said: "This transaction proves there are numerous small to medium sized requirements in the market seeking well-presented office accommodation in prime locations".
Meanwhile just around the corner HT Meagher O'Reilly and joint agents Jones Lang LaSalle are now seeking a tenant for the 135sqm fourth floor, the last space at 2-4 Ely Place (above) for which they are quoting a rent of €107 per sqm.
