Former Irish Nationwide branch office up for let

A former Irish Nationwide branch building in Waterford City is being let out by a private investor who bought the property a few months ago.

Agents Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan are quoting a rent of €45,000 a year for 55 High Street which extends to 184sqm, with retail on the ground floor and offices on first and second floors with own door access.

Located on one of the city's main thoroughfares on the corner of High St, Arundel Square and Conduit Lane, the property is adjacent to City Square Shopping Centre, home to Dunnes Stores, Debenhams, Next, River Island and Mulligans Pharmacy.

There is an abundance of surface metered car parking in the immediate vicinity and on the nearby quays.

The premises is available to let on a new lease and the ground floor retail unit and overhead office accommodation are available to let together or separately.

It is one of a number of former Irish Nationwide branches which have been sold by IBRC. Others include branches in Dundrum and Stillorgan, Co Dublin.
