FEXCO sweeps customer-contact awards
KERRY-based FEXCO has won three contact-centre industry awards in the UK and Ireland.
The company and its employees also won eight other accolades by being highly commended, shortlisted or nominated in both industry awards.
Working in partnership with Bord Gais Networks, Fexco won the Team of the Year award in the UK's Customer Contact Association Excellence Awards 2010. It had won the best Overall Customer Contact Centre of the Year award in 2009.
The two companies also collaborated to win this year's Complaints Team of the Year award. FEXCO also secured a Best Outsourcing Partnership accolade with Bord Gais Networks.
Separately, FEXCO won the top Irish industry accolade, the Contact Centre of the Year award, together with Bord Gais Networks, in the Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards.
