Fastfood giant secured for Gullivers Retail Park

Cosgrave Brothers have secured McDonald's, the restaurant chain, as the tenants for a Drive-Thru outlet at Gullivers Retail Park near IKEA in Santry, Dublin 9.

The fast food chain expects to open the new 358.5sqm single- storey unit next autumn and operate on a 24/7 basis. Bernadine Hogan of letting agents Savills says that passing rent in the retail park averages about €237 per sqm.

"There are three units vacant, however we would hope to confirm a new letting shortly on two of these units," she adds.

The park also includes a neighbourhood centre which has one unit available of around 232sqm. "We are quoting a rent of €322 per sqm for this small unit and we are open to offers," she adds.

Other retailers at Gullivers include Eurospar, Homebase, Home Focus, Pet Mania, Costa Coffee, Cost Plus Sofas, Gullivers.

Positioned between Santry and the M50 motorway, the park is located within residential areas of Northwood and Ballymun.
