The Great Place to Work organisation (GPW) has moved offices to Hambleden House, on Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, which is owned by Irish Life.
Letting agents Bannon is understood to have leased the 147sqm office to GPW on a 10-year lease at a headline rent of €323 per sqm with a break at the end of year six.
Established in Ireland in 2002, GPW works with many of the most successful and innovative businesses around the world to create, study and recognise great workplaces. By relocating from its Swords offices, it will be closer to many of the businesses with which it works in the city centre.
Now the only remaining space within Hambleden House comprises 593sqm on the lower ground floor for which Bannon is quoting €215.28 per sq m or €20 per sq ft. and is available on flexible lease terms.
Recently refurbished, this floor offers open-plan accommodation in flexible space and benefits from air conditioning, light penetration as well as access to a private landscaped courtyard.
The third-generation offices have the advantage of a 21st century interior finish located in historic Georgian Dublin. Surface car parking is available adjacent to the building and in Fitzwilliam Square.
