Around 12pc of the company's turnover comes from the Scandinavian region, and Cx expects customer numbers in the Nordics to double by the end of this year.
CX Index co-founder and chief executive David Heneghan said: "The market in Finland has responded very positively to our platform and it is gratifying to note that we have now entered double digits in terms of customer numbers.
"This growth is set to continue across all Scandinavian markets as we continue to on-board new customers."
The customers include the Finnish Centre for Pensions, KSOY and ETK, both of which are utility companies, Luona, which is a healthcare services provider, and Finish retailer Hobby Hall.
Earlier this year, CX Index expanded into the Canadian market though deals with Holt Renfrew, which is part of the Selfridges Group, as well as ATB financial, an Alberta-based retail bank, and Loyalty One, a subsidiary of the NYSE-listed Alliance Data.
Founded in 2012, the company serves customers across a range of sectors including retail, financial services and travel.
The company's clients in Ireland include CarTrawler, Brown Thomas and SuperValu.
