Cloud aggregator Vuzion announces first international expansion with opening of Dublin office

Cloud aggregator Vuzion has announced its first international expansion with the opening of an office in Dublin.

The UK-based firm has appointed Microsoft's Kieran McDonnell as country manager of Vuzion Ireland, which aims to brings a broad range of capabilities to support the Irish IT reseller community achieve faster growth with cloud solutions.

“Building on the success of Vuzion in the UK I am excited that we are bringing our capabilities and services to help Irish partners grow profitable cloud businesses in a simple and straightforward manner," Managing Director Michael Frisby said.

Founded only last year, Vuzion was born from established provider Cobweb Solutions, and has leveraged the older firm's delivery experience across a wide range of cloud services from partners which include Acronis, BitTitan, IBM, Microsoft, Mimecast and Symantec.

With Microsoft Azure and solutions based on Office 365 and Dynamics 365, Vuzion Ireland - based at Sandyford - intends on assisting IT resellers and ISVs make the most of cloud solutions by making the process of integrating, servicing, supporting and billing simple, straightforward and cost effective.

“With the Cloud Solution Provider programme, more partners have the opportunity to be the trusted advisors who best understand customer needs, and they are helped by Vuzion who provides the pre- and post-sales support, professional services, training and resources to make this happen," McDonnell said.

"They can go back to the customer again and again with new solutions solving business problems and outcomes. This will help partners transform their businesses with new revenue and service models.”
