CAE Parc Aviation to hire 80 in Asia push
Aviation recruitment specialist CAE Parc Aviation is to take on up to 80 employees in its Dublin and Shannon offices over the next three years.
The roles will be focused on recruiting airline pilots and aviation engineers to work in the leasing industry.
Headquartered in Dublin and with operations in more than 30 countries, CAE Parc Aviation offers recruitment services to some of the world’s largest airlines and provides support to their global customer base.
“The Asia Pacific market is currently the fastest-growing aviation market with the global share of passenger traffic currently at 31pc and likely to increase to 42pc by 2034 – this is a key region for CAE Parc Aviation,” Minister for Jobs, Enterprise, and Innovation Mary Mitchell-O’Connor said.
There was praise for the support offered by Enterprise Ireland from the MD of CAE Parc Aviation, Frank Collins.
“New business coming on stream in Asia, EMEA, and the US means that our growth will continue creating 80 new jobs over the next three years, with 30 of those coming on-stream in 2017,” he added.
The company has worked with Enterprise Ireland over the years and participated in several international trade events, including Japan.
Enterprise Ireland CEO Julie Sinnamon said she was “delighted to see the growth of the company which has maximised opportunities generated through Enterprise Ireland’s overseas office network”.
