Boots on the march to Baggot Street premises

Boots retail pharmacy chain are taking a lease on a 635sqm unit at 134/135 Lower Baggot St, Dublin 2.

The unusually sizeable space in a traditional retail location was created following pro active asset management which involved the relocation of agents Mason Owen and Lyons (MOL) and Café Sol to alternative accommodation within the building. MOL had been quoting €430 per sqm for ground floor space. DTZ acted for the tenant.

MOL are also quoting €269 per sqm for offices extending to 227sqm on the second floor for the four-storey building which is owned by Bordoak Ltd.

The property is located on Lower Baggot Street, close to its junction with Pembroke Street Lower, in the heart of Dublin's Central Business District. Noteable occupiers in the area include companies such as Bank of Ireland, ESB and numerous professional firms.
