Bank bar for sale or rent

TWO Limerick city centre properties have been brought to the market. The Bank bar and restaurant at 63 O'Connell Street, Limerick is available for sale or on an annual rent of €100,000.

The receiver of the property Gearoid Costelloe of Grant Thornton is not guiding a sale price but says the best offer will secure it.

The agents, Rooneys of Limerick, point out that the the property also has a dance licence, a function room, an enclosed yard at the rear, as well as access from the front, side and rear.
