Commercial properties and going concern businesses worth more than €2.4m are to be auctioned at two specialist commercial property auctions within the next few weeks.
Lisney plans to auction four premises with guide prices ranging from €40,000 for a former Mayo petrol station.
The other three are located in Dublin 12 and one at Ballymount Industrial Estate has a maximum reserve of €300,000.
It extends to 1,221sqm, about half of which is two-storey office accommodation.
Lisney will hold its auction at its 24 St Stephen's Green offices in Dublin on October 20.
The second auction, organised by RTA Business Sales, includes a residential pub with a post office in Castleblakeny, Ballinasloe, Co Galway, which has a €490,000 reserve.

Another business, the 4 Kits convenience store in the Rathmullen Park suburb, Drogheda, Co Louth, has a €350,000 reserve. Its annual turnover is about €1m and the property includes a three-bedroom semi.
RTA's catalogue includes two Quick Pick stores, one of which is a seven-bedroom residential store, in the town of Borris, Co Carlow, and the other in Freemount, Co Cork, which has a €220,000 reserve.
A Tipperary service station and food store on 0.3 acres in the village of Ardfinnan has a €400,000 reserve.
RTA will hold its auction on October 27 in Moran's Red Cow Hotel, Dublin.
