All change at top as Lisney unveils new appointments
LISNEY have unveiled a number of senior appointments.
David Byrne has joined the company board. He has worked in residential sales with Lisney since 2001, specialising in sales of second hand houses and apartments. He was appointed divisional director in 2007.
Michael Horan has been appointed divisional director in the professional services department. Mr Horan has worked with Lisney for over 10 years, specialising mainly in compulsory land acquisition and rates work but also having an active part to play in valuation and court work.
Emma Coffey, meanwhile, is returning to Lisney where she began her career in 1999 and having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor specialised in the letting, sale and acquisition of retail property for national and international retail clients. Ms Coffey has worked in Mason Owen & Lyons as a General Practice Surveyor where she was involved in retail investment sales, retail agency, landlord and tenant work.
Lisney managing director James Nugent commented: "I am delighted to promote David and Michael to their new roles, which recognises the hard work and commitment they have each given to Lisney for more than a decade.
"We are also very pleased that Emma Coffey has returned to Lisney. We welcome her back and look forward to working with her again."
