AIB business customers affected by online technical issues

AIB has resolved technical issues which were affecting some of their online services for business customers earlier today.

AIB's iBusiness Banking Service experienced slower than normal service and outages for some customers today.

These issues were intermittent in the early afternoon, but AIB have now assured customers that service has resumed. 

In an online statement, they said: "The iBusiness Banking Service is operational but it may be slower than usual. We have extended the cut off time for ROI bulk file authorisation... and encourage you to continue to use the service.

"We are continuing to work on a resolution and updates will be provided... on a regular basis. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this matter is being addressed."

Earlier this year, AIB had issues with their mobile banking services.
