AerCap CEO Kelly shares bumper $10.5m pay pot with three executive colleagues
THE Dublin-based CEO of aircraft leasing firm AerCap shared a pay pot of $10.5m (€9.57m) with three executive colleagues last year.
Filings for the business show that the $10.5m shared among Aengus Kelly and his three colleagues included $500,000 as part of retirement and pension plans. The 2018 payout followed the splitting of a $9.3m pay pot in 2017 by Mr Kelly and four others.

That figure included pay and bonuses along with $600,000 in retirement and pension plans.
A former employee at KPMG in Dublin, chartered accountant, Mr Kelly has overseen exponential growth at AerCap.
Globally, AerCap employs 385 with the majority employed here in Ireland. 207 work in Dublin and 78 in Shannon.
