Pascal Keogh's Millmount Healthcare Limited has agreed to take a 25-year lease on a 4,046sqm (43,550sq ft) unit at the CityNorth Business Campus, near Exit 7 of the M1 in Stamullen, Co Meath.
Agents Kelly Walsh secured the deal for Unit 7, a detached warehouse building at a headline rent of €64.58 per sqm (€6 per sq ft). Millmount, which specialises in packaging/manufacturing services for the healthcare sector, has also taken an option to purchase the unit at a future date at a price of about €130 per sq ft.
McGarrell Reilly are the developers of CityNorth and they pre-sold Unit 7 to a private investor. Completed last October 2009, the unit sits on a 1.23 hectare site which has a generous marshalling area and car parking for up to 42 cars.
