€700k reserve for Ballymount auction
An office and industrial building on Ballymount Industrial Estate, west Dublin, will go to auction on October 6 and the vendor Torex Retail has disclosed its reserve of €700,000. Keith Begley of agents Lisney says the reserve represents a 70pc reduction on the €2.25m which was quoted for the property in 2007.
The property, Unit L2, comprises a substantial industrial building of about 1,211sqm gross, including 684sqm of two-storey office accommodation, together with loading and parking facilities.
The office accommodation is fitted with CAT5E computer cabling and air conditioning. The warehouse is fitted with high-bay sodium lighting and dust-proof concrete flooring. Torex is a UK-based company which provided high-tech point-of-sale payment equipment to service stations.
