THE Dooley family are selling their car rental premises in the high profile location on Westland Row, near Pearse Station in Dublin 2. It has a €2.8m price tag.

Dan Dooley car hire continues to operate from Dublin Airport.

With its relatively wide frontage on to Westland Row, it benefits from strong pedestrian footfall given its close proximity to Trinity College's Campus and Dublin's central business district.

Agent Michael Harrington of CB Richard Ellis says the property could prove a re-development opportunity in a prime pitch. Interested parties can either purchase the freehold or equivalent long leasehold interest by private treaty or lease the property.
