€1.1m for 10 Fitzwilliam Square
Georgian offices at 10 Fitzwilliam Square have come to the market for €1.1m -- a fraction of what they would have fetched at the peak.
Located at the east side of the square, they are expected to appeal to some of the cash rich buyers who have recently been bidding for homes on the sought after squares in Dublin city centre. Nick Coveney of Colliers International says the building "is in superb condition and extends to 419sqm.
"While currently in office use but subject to planning permission, it would make a magnificent home," he adds.
The asking price "represents great value considering properties such as this one may have sold for as much as €4.5/€5m back in 2007," Mr Coveney says.
