Positive Equity teams with Mayo hero Aidan O’Shea to recruit new graduates

Positive Equity has announces the launch of its 2017 ‘It’s My Time’ graduate programme, creating 25 new positions.

With the help of Mayo football star Aidan O’Shea, Positive Equity is hoping to inspire graduates to to consider starting a career in financial trading.

“I am delighted to be involved with Positive Equity’s ‘It’s My Time’ Graduate recruitment programme. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are competitive and high achievers with a passion for winning,” O’Shea said.

In the past nine years the company, which has an office in Croatia as well as Dublin, has expanded its graduate programme significantly with over 50 graduates learning the skills required to trade.

Successful candidates will work as part of an international team in a fast-paced environment and gain practical experience working with top financial traders analysing and executing trades in 200 markets such as equity indices, commodities, interest rate products and foreign exchange.

“As part of our continued growth we are looking to recruit 25 apprentice financial traders for our ‘It’s My Time’ paid graduate training programme. We are looking for people who have a strong record of academic accomplishment, are highly numerate, competitive and those who would enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic working environment,”John White, Positive Equity partner and co-founder said.

The company is also currently recruiting for its unpaid summer internship programme.
