Iconic to transform 31,000 sq ft space opposite Dublin's Stephen's Green in €2m refurb
Iconic Offices are continuing in their expansion of flexible workspace across Dublin with 'The Greenway' opposite St. Stephen’s Green park.
The transformation of Block C Ardilaun Court, with an investment of around €2m, is the latest installment from the state-of-the-art workspace provider.
Previously occupied by Eircom and Revenue Commissioners, the 31,000 sq ft building lay vacant for the last five years before Iconic Offices agreed to lease the entire building earlier this year.
SOBO Works on Windmill Lane was the first of the Iconic hubs to offer hot desking to its clients - two years after establishing flexible workplaces – and the passion for collaboration between start-ups and established firms has led to the opening of 'The Brickhouse' at Clanwilliam Court, Dublin 2 and 'SouthPoint' at Harmony Row, Dublin 2.
The Greenway will offer six floors of private office suites, dedicated desks and hot desking and will be able to house up to 500 people.
Founder & CEO, Joe McGinley said the location on St. Stephen’s Green "is phenomenal and unrivaled in the market".
"The overall design of The Greenway is unique and we are working with some really exciting indigenous and international artists to deliver a curious and creative space for some of Dublin’s most dynamic companies," he said.
Iconic Offices predicts that their 30pc Irish market share will rise to 35pc as their community is expected to grow from 1,500 members to 2,000+ in the Dublin market by 2018.
CCO, Althaea Federlein also announced new amenities including the launch of Iconic's new café concept called VANDAL Coffee and a 50 person cinema.
