Small blessings as compact Meath parcels go under hammer

In a market dominated by smaller properties a compact 16.6ac farm with a small stable yard at Brownstown near Kentstown near Navan, Co Meath is sure to bring out the buyers.

The land will be sold at auction with a guide of €10,000/ac.

John Harrington of Smith Harrington describes it as a lovely piece of property in a good area, located beside the village of Kentstown and 8km from Navan.

This 14ac property, located at Balgeeth, Ardcath, Co Meath is all in tillage at present and will be sold in lots or as an entire with a guide of €10,000/ac.
