Outbuildings include a potting shed, old battery store, boiler house and fuel store.
The lighthouse will be sold at auction by PN O'Gorman Auctioneers, New Ross, on Friday, June 17, at 3pm in the Brandon House Hotel, New Ross, Co Wexford.
