Incredible footage understood to have been captured in Germany shows frightened sheep attacking a shepherd on a public road.

Most people assume sheep to be friendly animals but that is not the case in this amazing footage captured from a car believed to be in Germany

The footage which has gone viral in recent days shows a ram aggressively ramming the shepherd several times after being spooked by a car.

After been initially been trampled on by the flock of sheep the stunned woman is then head butted into the ground.

Trying to recover from the first attack the women is hit for a third time from behind by the one particularly aggressive ram.
