Royal county pastures
The auction rooms are certainly shaking off the winter and in the coming weeks are set to blossom into life.
Among the properties coming for sale in the early flurry of sales is a c56ac non-residential farm (pictured above) with extensive sheds near Wilkinstown, Navan Co Meath. The sale is guided at between €8,000 and €10,000/ac.
The property is located at Clover Hill, Ladyrath about 4km from Wilkinstown and about 15km from Navan. Described by John V Farrelly of DNG Royal County as an excellent quality farm, the holding is currently in pasture, laid out in five divisions and consisting of all good quality, free draining soil.

There is limited but adequate road frontage of 150m.
There is also an extensive array of dry bedded sheds and fodder storage extending to 10,500sqft.
These include a series of hay barns and lean-tos with accommodation for up to 100hd of cattle.
The holding will be offered for sale at auction at the Ardboyne Hotel, Navan at 4pm on Tuesday, March 10.
