A compact farm of 43ac at Gorteen, Nurney, Co Kildare goes to auction early next month with a guide price of €475,000 or €11,000/ac.

Located between 5km from Kildare and 7km from Athy the M7 Motorway at Junction 13 is 10 minutes from the lands.

The property includes 43ac of land with a traditional tin roofed cottage and yard located in the middle of the holding and accessed by a gravel laneway lined with copper beech and oak trees.
