Bord Bia's Country Kitchen makes a welcome return to the Ploughing Championships this year, with a mouth-watering menu on offer.

Located at Stand 358 in Row V, visitors to the stand can choose from freshly carved quality assured sirloin of roast beef in a ciabatta roll, a quality assured roast leg of lamb and quality assured honey roast ham to munch on while taking in all the information Bord Bia has to give.

There will be particular emphasis on Origin Green, the sustainability programme for Ireland's food and drink industry and the ideal specifications required for Ireland's top beef and lamb markets.

The stand will also feature an area outlining Bord Bia promotional activities across its meat sectors, as well as Quality Assurance and a live cattle demonstration.
