Interactive displays highlighting the key market requirements for beef, lamb and pig meat are the feature of the Bord Bia stand, located at stand number 198 in row G.
Bord Bia specialists will be on hand to discuss everything from quality assurance and sustainability to overseas promotion.
The meat team has developed a series of leaflets on beef market outlook, dairy calf-to-beef production and the new sustainability programme, while a number of companies will also be promoting their Quality Assured Irish meat products.
Directly opposite the Bord Bia market information stand will be a live cattle demonstration with 'Sustainable Suckling' as its theme. This will focus on the sustainable production of quality livestock which are suitable for our major markets.
A range of Quality Assured Irish meat dishes will also be served at the Country Kitchen in association with Bord Bia.
