The sale of a 90ac non-residential farm with extensive road frontage, located on the N24 between Cahir and Clonmel, in Co Tipperary, is generating a lot of interest.
Auctioneer Tom Pollard is accepting final offers for the private treaty sale on or before Tuesday, May 17.
While he has no definite guide price, Mr Pollard is expecting €10,000-12,000/ac for the property.
Beechmount Farm is located 1.5 miles from the town of Cahir and two miles from the M8 motorway.
It is described as top-quality, free-draining land with a southern aspect that would suit any type of farm enterprise.
Currently under tillage, it is well fenced and, according to Mr Pollard, would be well suited to an equine customer.
"Along with the quality of the land, it is ideal for training as there is the making of a good, straight gallop with a steady gradient."
With around 1km of road frontage, the holding would make a good standalone farm or a fine addition to an existing enterprise.
The sale is being handled jointly by Tom Pollard Properties, Emmet Street, Clonmel, and Cashel Livestock and Property Sales.
Final offers for Beechmount Farm are to be made to the selling agents on or before Tuesday next week.
