New Holland focuses on goodwill with new aftersales appointment
A NEW member of staff has joined New Holland's 'goodwill' department, with the appointment of Paul Alcock to the after-sales team.
Paul will work closely with after-sales commercial manager Rob Alker to help ensure that the network of New Holland dealers are all equipped, trained, motivated and geared up to provide the best possible after-sales support to their customers.
"Paul brings a wealth of enthusiasm and experience to the after-sales team," said Mr Alker. "I was immediately impressed not only with Paul's industry credentials, but more importantly he understands how the development of goodwill generates customer satisfaction -- an absolutely essential business tool for New Holland."
Paul has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, having previously worked for Massey Ferguson, and he will be responsible for customers in Wales and Northern Ireland.
"New Holland stops at nothing to keep the customer moving, the job doesn't end once the tractor is sold. We aim to make it the start of a lifelong relationship with the customer," Mr Alker added.
Commenting on his new role Paul said: "This was an opportunity too good to miss.
"New Holland has an enviable reputation within the farming community and I'm relishing the chance to work with some of the leading professionals in the industry.
"I already know a great many of the dealers and customers in my area and I'm looking forward to working with them, and others, in the future."
