Small residential holdings are fast becoming popular and a 13ac property at Coolacarney, Ballindaggin, near Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, will certainly draw attention.
Quinn Property, Gorey, is quoting a guide of €10,000/ac for the holding, which goes to auction next week.
The property (right) is located a mile from Ballindaggin village, with some of the land fronting onto the main Enniscorthy to Kiltealy road and some onto a side road.

The property will be sold by public auction at 3pm on Tuesday, April 3, at the Quinn Property Office, Carnew.
Meanwhile, a 30ac holding at Ballypreacus, Bunclody, Wexford, will be put to auction in a variety of lots on Friday, with a guide price of €8,000/ac.
This property is located one mile from Bunclody, off the Kiltealy road, and comes with some frontage on to the public road and a laneway.
