Komatsu distributors McHale Plant Sales of Birdhill, Co Tipperary have introduced their Komatsu WA 100M-6 compact wheel loader as a versatile farm-ready machine.

Suited for work on dairy and drystock farms, it is engineered to tackle a wide range of applications.

The WA 100M-6 has a high payload and tipping capacity and can be fitted with a range of attachments for handling silage, feed stores or loose product. Manoeuvrability is very good, with a 40-degree articulation angle allowing a minimum turning radius.

Komatsu claims a low centre of gravity helps make the WA100M-6 a very safe machine for typical farmyard jobs; a back-up alarm, a reversing light and the electrical actuation of the third hydraulic circuit are all standard, while new features include Xenon lights, auto-inching and bigger buckets.

With security against theft becoming a major consideration for farmers, the WA 100M-6 can be linked to a satellite tracking system that can monitor its location at all times.

As standard, the machine is equipped with a quick coupler and a third auxiliary hydraulic line that allows attachments to be changed quickly and easily.
