ICOS top two win re-election
Bertie O'Leary and Martin Keane have both been re-elected as ICOS president and vice-president following a unanimous vote by the ICOS board.
Mr O'Leary is from Ballyvourney, west of Macroom, Co Cork. A dairy farmer who has served on the Dairygold board since 2005, he was appointed chairman of Dairygold in January 2012.
Martin Keane is vice-chairman of Glanbia plc having been appointed to the Glanbia board in 2006. He farms at Errill, Portlaoise, Co Laois.
ICOS represents co-operatives with a combined turnover of €12bn, 150,000 members and 36,000 employees.
