A guide price of €835,000 is being quoted for a 76ac farm at Springville, Kells, Co Meath.

The farm is about 9km from Kells and will be offered in four lots in four natural divisions.

Lot one comprises a neat bungalow farmhouse with a yard on 32.5ac.

The 32.5ac of land is described by auctioneer John Harrington of Smith Harrington Auctioneers in Navan as prime-quality Meath ground that is all in grass. This lot comes with a guide price of €400,000.

Lot two, also at Springville, Kells, consists of 17ac on 110m of road frontage with a farmyard consisting of a number of sheds. The guide for this portion is €170,000.

Lot three, located at Chapelbride, is a 10.5ac section. This is also described as top-quality land that is all in grass. It has 190m of road frontage and comes with a guide price of €105,000.

The final lot, located at Balgeeth, Kells, is a 16.2ac block. The guide for this last portion is €10,000/ac or €160,000.

The property will be sold at auction on June 12 at 3pm at Smith Harrington in Navan.
