This year’s NDC & Kerrygold Quality Milk Awards finalists have been announced, the 14 finalists were each visited by the judges over the last two months and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in Dublin in October.

In total, there are 14 finalists representing 11 Co-ops from 10 counties in Ireland.

The awards set out to recognise standards of excellence in dairy farming and celebrates the top quality dairy farmers in Ireland.

The judges reviewed detailed assessments based on the nomination forms and technical reports spanning a full 12-month period in order to select a short-list of finalists. The judges then arranged to visit each of the finalist farms for an inspection over the summer months.
