A "neat and tidy" residential farm near the picturesque Co Meath village of Moynalty is on the market with a guide price of €900,000.

The farm, located at Cormeen, is 6km from both Moyanlty and Kells and 12.5km from the M3 motorway.

The auctioneers are guiding this lot at €500,000.
