30ac up for sale near Limerick

Property in relative proximity to the bigger cities always tends to enjoy a price premium price. With this in mind, John de Courcy will be hoping the proximity of Limerick will give a boost to the price of a 30ac parcel of ground located at Ruanard, Clonlara, Co Clare.

Located half a mile from the village of Clonlara, on the road between Limerick and Killaloe, the land, which is regarded as heavy ground, will be sold in lots.

It is laid out in five fields, with lot one comprising 10.92ac in two fields.

Lot two extends to 10.79ac and is also laid out in two fields with access from a short boreen, while lot three is a 9ac field accessed from a boreen.

A guide of between €8,000 and €10,000/ac is being quoted for the farm. The auction takes place on Wednesday, October 10 at 3pm at Pery's Hotel, Glentworth Street, Limerick.
