Helen Cahill left her career as a lawyer to return to the family business - Cahill's Farm Cheese - in 2011.
Over the past six years, the business has tripled in size. Helen has just recently returned from the globally recognise Monday Du Fromage show in France where Cahill's met with great success taking home a silver medal award.
Established in 1984, Cahill’s Farm Cheese is one of the oldest speciality cheese businesses in Ireland.
Today, with a skilled, dedicated team of twenty, including several family members, Cahill's export their range of cheese to twelve countries globally.
