
Two parcels of adjacent waterfront land with a choice of development prospects are being offered for sale in the Cork seaside resort of Youghal. The smaller parcel extends to about one acre and contains a storage building measuring 4,140 sqm, and it is zoned for town centre regeneration.
The larger five-acre parcel with storage buildings measuring 2,000 sqm, is zoned for port-related activities and could appeal to logistics operators at a time when Cork shed availability has fallen to 3pc.
