LISNEY and Savills have launched a site in Dublin Port for rent at close to €790,000 per annum.
The 113,799 sq ft detached warehouse/distribution and logistics facility is on Tolka Quay Road. It has been rented to Eddie Stobart for the last three years, while Wincanton hold a 25-year lease since 1999. It comprises a detached modern facility with warehouse accommodation and two-storey offices.
There are also two further additional buildings – a single storey office building and a detached industrial premises on the site with loading/unloading and areas for outside storage
The main property comprises a warehouse of steel portal frame construction with concrete block walls to one metre under a double skin insulated pitched metal deck roof incorporating translucent roof lights.
