Agent William Harvey & Co is offering two sites on Jordanstown Road in the Greenogue Business Park for sale for €1.8m and €1.755m respectively, or €2.955m for the entirety.

Site 601A extends to 1.06 hectares (2.62 acres) and Site 601B extends to 1.59 hectares (3.94 acres).

Both sites are regular in shape and have an entrance off Jordanstown Road, 601b also has scope for an additional entrance off Jordanstown Avenue. All main services, including power, water and natural gas are available to the site boundaries, subject to connection charges in the normal way.

Under the terms of the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016 - 2022, the property is Zoned Objective EE: "To provide for enterprise and employment related uses."

Greenogue Business Park is one of the largest modern industrial and warehousing developments in South West Dublin. The park is located 1.1km from the Rathcoole Interchange on Naas Road (N7), which is 8.5km from Junction 9 of the M50.
